Gavari Properties Socimi, S.A. (hereinafter “Gavari”) hereby informs users of this website of its policy regarding the processing and protection of the personal data of users and customers that may be collected when they browse the website or use it to contract services.

Data collection, purpose and processing
Gavari is required to inform users of its website of the potential collection of their personal data. Users may request information by email or by filling out the forms included on the website. In this sense, Gavari shall be considered the collector of the data obtained through the aforementioned means.

To the extent that users’ data are processed by Gavari, the said users may exercise their rights of access, to rectification, to erasure and to objection in accordance with the provisions of current legislation on the protection of personal data.

The request must include the user’s name, surname and address, the request itself and proof of identification.
The said rights may be exercised solely by the users themselves or by their duly authorised legal representatives. In the event of the latter case, documentary proof of the representation must be provided.
